- The weight, size and dimensions of your items
- Shipping preferences

Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. The majority of our items are shipped via UPS.
Are you missing an item?
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. To fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, different distribution centers may be used. This may cause split shipments which will be indicated on the packing slip. Split shipments will not cause additional shipping costs.
Wondering where your order is?
If you have not received your order and believe you should have, please contact your dedicated Account Manager. Your Account Manager will provide you with up to date order status and tracking numbers.
What you can expect from Corporate Solutions
If the order is being shipped directly to the billing address, and as long as we have your item in stock, your order will normally be shipped within one business day after the decoration (i.e. embroidery or printing) is completed. For orders within the United States, we typically ship via UPS Ground. Shipping upgrades can be purchased at checkout, but please be aware that your order will most probably be shipped out the next business day. We sometimes get orders shipped out the same day that we receive them, but this is less common.
If you need your package before a certain date, we suggest purchasing a UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping upgrade. All orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are shipped using the US Postal Service, and we cannot estimate times in transit or guarantee delivery by a certain date. Please contact us with any specific questions regarding the speed at which your order will be delivered. |
