Terms and Conditions: Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Site is a service made available by Corporate Solutions by Isaac Baker. Any content, information, definitions and software provided on and through the Site may be used by you under the following terms and conditions: Privacy Statement. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Corporate Solutions an Isaac Baker Company, values your privacy and security. Any information collected on this site, whether it be from orders, feedback, or emails, is kept in strict confidence. Employees of Corporate Solutions or Isaac Baker are the only people that have access to any information submitted via this website. We will absolutely never give, sell, or exchange any information provided to us. Your information is safe with us. We will provide all information that we have on file regarding an order to the authorized card holder listed on the account of the credit card that was used to place the order. In the event of fraud or unauthorized use of a credit card, this information may then be turned over to the police by the authorized card holder if he/she wishes to prosecute. We fully cooperate with the police, the secret service, and the FBI when issues of credit card fraud or identity theft are involved. Those contemplating credit card fraud are forewarned. Unlawful Activity. Company reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms and to take any action deemed appropriate including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail address, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information. Terms of Sale. All decorated items are final sale, cannot be cancelled and are not refundable. Decorated items may take up to 10 days or longer before shipping. Refused merchandise will be subject to a 30% restock charge. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Returns Policy. It is the customers' responsibility to review and approve all items ordered before they are printed including proofs, samples or pre-production samples. If customer waives such proof or sample, including pre-production sample due to any reason including a rush, Corporate Solutions is not responsible and the customer must accept items as is. Once items are printed upon they cannot be returned and they must be paid for in full. Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of order, any item found to be defective or faulty, customer can contact Corporate Solutions with concerns. Upon proper investigation Corporate Solutions will make every attempt to correct the problem. If in the event of a refund, we do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item returned. Shipping Policy. Shipping and Handling charges are based on estimates and: The delivery option you choose The weight, size and dimensions of your items Shipping preferences If you need your package before a certain date, we suggest purchasing a UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping upgrade. All orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are shipped using the US Postal Service, and we cannot estimate times in transit or guarantee delivery by a certain date. Please contact us with any specific questions regarding the speed at which your order will be delivered. Because shipping is an estimate, customer may receive an invoice/credit for actual freight costs. Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address information. If the package was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility to retrieve package or will be responsible for the full cost of the items shipped. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. The majority of our items are shipped via UPS. Modifications to Terms. Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Updated versions of these terms will appear on this Site and are effective immediately. Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes customer’s consent to such changes. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms of Use, your violation of the Privacy Policy, or your violation of any rights of another.
